Afin de renforcer notre équipe vente externe à la succursale de Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz, nous sommes à la recherche, de suite ou à convenir, d'un conseiller CVC assainissements des installations production de chaleur (F/H)

Les tâches suivantes te seront confiées : - Planifier et effectuer des conseils incitatifs chez les clients finaux - Gérer l’exécution des demandes d’assainissements venant du Lead Management - Analyse détaillée et complète de la situation actuelle sur place - Identifications avec les clients de leurs besoins futurs, élaboration de différents concepts et présentation détaillée de la solution la plus adaptées - Observation du marché et rapport constant à son supérieur hiérarchique des informations pertinentes (besoins des clients, offres de la concurrence, innovations de produits, etc.

Tu nous conduiras au succès, si tu as : - Une formation certifiée dans le domaine des techniques du bâtiment - Une formation continue dans le domaine commercial - Connaissances approfondies du marché Suisse Romande (technique du bâtiment) - Expérience de plusieurs années dans la vente externe du domaine CVC - Un sens inné pour la vente ainsi qu’une aisance relationnelle naturelle - Grande capacité d’écoute, d’analyse, de conseil et convaincant - Expérience dans la tenue régulière et rigoureuse du CRM - Aisance avec office 365 est système ERP (idéalement SAP) - Des connaissances de l'allemand ou de l'anglais seraient un atout
