Conseiller ou conseillère bancaire 60%

Tâches principales :

  • Conseiller la clientèle interne de manière exhaustive concernant les prestations de base telles que hypothèques, placements, épargne et prévoyance.
  • Gérer et développer le portefeuille de clientèle interne dans le respect des directives et règlements en vigueur.
  • Assurer les contrôles liés aux spécificités de cette clientèle (opérations titres, dépassements etc.)
  • Appliquer activement le dispositif en matière de conformité bancaire et lutte contre le blanchiment d-argent.
  • Répondre efficacement et rapidement aux demandes de rendez-vous provenant de la clientèle interne.
  • Traiter d-autres tâches administratives inhérentes à la fonction.

Profil pour la fonction :

  • Brevet fédéral de Conseiller·ère Financier·ère (IAF) ou formation supérieure en banque et finances.
  • Expérience confirmée d-au moins 3 ans dans une fonction de conseiller·ère clientèle individuelle en Suisse.
  • Connaissances améliorées en allemand et/ou anglais (B1).

  • Le sens d-une communication claire et une capacité d-écoute élevée font partie de vos compétences.
  • Le respect de la confidentialité est une qualité professionnelle reconnue dans votre parcours.
  • L-approche humaine est importante pour vous ainsi que le conseil.
  • Votre capacité à prendre des décisions et s-y tenir fait partie de votre personnalité.
  • Votre esprit d-analyse, de compréhension du marché et votre intérêt pour le milieu financier est naturel chez vous.
  • Consciencieux·se dans votre travail, vous délivrez un service irréprochable à vos interlocutrices et interlocuteurs.
