Tes responsabilités ###

  • Dans un contexte varié, tu conseilles par téléphone et en face à face, tu prospectes de nouveaux clients et vends des solutions d'assurance maladie et de prévoyance adaptées à leurs besoins.
  • Tu gères de manière autonome et proactive le suivi des assurés existants ainsi que les contacts clients quotidiens.
  • Tu établis des offres, effectues des tâches administratives et fixes des rendez-vous avec des clients potentiels.
  • Tes idées sont les bienvenues : tu participes à des actions lors de foires ou de stands et représentes CONCORDIA sur place.

Ton profil ###

  • Tu as achevé une formation professionnelle de base dans un environnement orienté vers la vente et tu maîtrises bien l'utilisation de l'ordinateur.
  • Tu as une excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit - un atout essentiel pour des entretiens de conseil réussis.
  • La vente et le conseil sont tes passion : tu as un bon contact avec les gens et tu peux t'appuyer sur un réseau existant que tu développes continuellement.
  • La communication est ton point fort : tu as une attitude assurée et tu convaincs par ta manière ouverte et sympathique. Travailler de manière autonome et responsable va de soi pour toi.
  • Tu as terminé la formation AFA ou tu es motivé·e à la suivre - nous t'accompagnons dans cette démarche.
