Job Description ##

  • Intégration au sein de la banque et du département Gestion de Fortune ;
  • Gestion et fidélisation d'un portefeuille existant de clients en placement, principalement domiciliés en Suisse ;
  • Développement del la clientèle privée et entreprises dans le domaine de la gestion de patrimoine ;
  • Acquisition de nouveaux clients et de nouveaux actifs de clients sur le marché suisse romand, grâce à une prospection active et un très beau réseau externe de relations ;
  • Analyse globale des besoins financiers et conseil en matière d'investissement ;
  • Collaboration soutenue avec l'équipe Financial Planning, le réseau d'agences et le département Entreprises ;
  • Suivi des marchés financiers et des tendances dans la gestion de patrimoine ;
  • Implication dans la vie régionale et locale ;
  • Formation des collaborateurs si nécessaire ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation bancaire suisse reconnue ou académique supérieure (Diplôme en économie bancaire, Brevet de Conseiller(ère) Financier(ère), Bachelor / Master en Banque et Finance) ;
  • Certication SAQ CWMA ;
  • Expérience similaire et significative de minimum cinq années dans le conseil en gestion de fortune au sein d'un établissement bancaire suisse indispensable ;
  • Compétences confirmées dans la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille de clients privés suisses ;
  • Très bonnes connaissances du système de prévoyance suisse et de la planification financière ;
  • Connaissances approfondies de la législation et de la réglementation suisses en matière de conseil financier ;
  • Aisance dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques usuels (suite MS Office) ;
  • Excellente présentation, forte orientation clientèle, sens des affaires et aptitude à la négociation ;
  • Esprit entrepreneur, à l'aise avec des objectifs de croissance élevés ;
  • Rigoureux(se), esprit d'analyse et capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Sens de la confidentialité ;
  • Résidence suisse idéalement.
