Description du poste ###

  • Vous serez chargé.e du développement du réseau des prospects et de l-acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Vous assurerez le suivi et le développement du portefeuille de clients existant
  • Vous conseillerez notre clientèle en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Vous animerez des séances d-information sur le principe des trois piliers, principalement orientées sur le 2ème pilier, auprès des entreprises et des assurés

Profil recherché ###

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une formation commerciale dans le secteur des assurances
  • Vous possédez le brevet fédéral en assurances sociales, en LPP ou IAF : un atout
  • Vous justifiez d-une expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et possédez de bonnes connaissances en anglais
  • Vous maîtrisez l-allemand : un atout
  • Vous êtes de nationalité suisse ou au bénéfice d-un permis valable

Vos aptitudes et compétences :

  • Vous connaissez parfaitement le marché de la prévoyance professionnelle en Suisse et avez d-excellentes connaissances en assurances sociales
  • Vous êtes un.e excellent.e négociateur.trice
  • Vous êtes très à l-écoute de vos clients et orienté(e) solutions
  • Vous avez une grande aisance relationnelle et savez faire preuve de diplomatie et d-entregent
  • Vous êtes à l-aise dans la prise de parole en public
  • Vous êtes organisé.e et précis.e
  • Vous êtes résistant.e au stress
  • Vous avez une grande éthique professionnelle
