Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un(e) Conseiller(ère) clientèle PME.

Vos responsabilités ##

Pour le compte de notre client, un établissement bancaire reconnu, nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) clientèle PME souhaitant accompagner les entreprises dans leurs activités et contribuer au développement commercial de la banque.

À ce titre, vous :

  • Gérez, développez et fidélisez un portefeuille de clients PME en leur apportant un conseil personnalisé et à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Analysez les besoins de vos clients et les accompagnez dans leurs projets de financement, d'investissement et de gestion courante.
  • Proposez des solutions adaptées en matière de crédits, de placements, de trésorerie, de prévoyance et de services bancaires.
  • Développez votre portefeuille grâce à des actions de prospection ciblées et à l'entretien d'un réseau professionnel de qualité.
  • Identifiez les opportunités commerciales et contribuez activement à la croissance des affaires de votre secteur.
  • Préparez et analysez les dossiers de crédit tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux des engagements.
  • Collaborez étroitement avec les spécialistes internes afin d'offrir un accompagnement global répondant aux besoins spécifiques des entreprises.
  • Veillez au respect des procédures internes ainsi que des exigences réglementaires applicables au secteur bancaire.

Votre profil ##

  • Titulaire d'une formation bancaire suisse ou d'un diplôme jugé équivalent.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie dans la gestion et le conseil d'une clientèle PME au sein d'un établissement bancaire en Suisse.
  • Vous disposez de solides connaissances des produits bancaires destinés aux entreprises ainsi que du tissu économique suisse.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'analyse financière et êtes à l'aise dans l'évaluation des risques liés aux financements.
  • Doté(e) d'un excellent sens commercial, vous savez développer des relations de confiance durables avec vos clients.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'un fort esprit d'initiative.
  • Reconnu(e) pour vos capacités de négociation et votre orientation résultats, vous appréciez relever des défis commerciaux.
  • Esprit d'équipe, sens du service et aisance relationnelle complètent votre profil.
