Vos missions

  • Conseiller et accompagner nos clients : vous menez des entretiens de conseil professionnels et aidez nos clients à trouver la cuisine de leurs rêves
  • Concevoir des projets créatifs : vous élaborez des solutions de cuisines personnalisées, parfaitement adaptées aux besoins de nos clients
  • Veiller à la présentation de l'espace d'exposition : vous assurez une présentation attrayante de nos cuisines d'exposition.
  • Contrôler l'étiquetage des prix : vous veillez à ce que tous les produits soient correctement étiquetés

Votre profil

  • Passion pour les cuisines, le conseil à la clientèle et la vente
  • Expérience dans le commerce de détail, idéalement dans la vente (les personnes en reconversion ayant un réel talent pour la vente sont également les bienvenues)
  • Des connaissances du logiciel de conception de cuisines Carat sot un atout, mais ne sont pas indispensables
  • Engagement, esprit d'équipe et orientation client
  • Attitude professionnelle, assurée et positive vis\-à\-vis des clients et des collègues
  • Bonnes connaissances du français ; des connaissances en allemand sont un atout

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kunden beraten und begleiten: Sie führen professionelle Beratungsgespräche und unterstützen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden dabei, ihre Traumküche zu finden.
  • Kreative Küchenprojekte planen: Sie entwickeln individuelle Küchenlösungen, die optimal auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden abgestimmt sind.
  • Attraktive Präsentation sicherstellen: Sie sorgen für eine ansprechende und gepflegte Präsentation unserer Ausstellungsküchen.
  • Preisauszeichnung kontrollieren: Sie stellen sicher, dass sämtliche Produkte korrekt und vollständig ausgezeichnet sind.

Ihr Profil

  • Begeisterung für Küchen, Kundenberatung und Verkauf
  • Erfahrung im Detailhandel, idealerweise im Verkauf; auch Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger mit ausgeprägtem Verkaufstalent sind herzlich willkommen
  • Kenntnisse der Küchenplanungssoftware Carat sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Engagement, Teamgeist und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Professionelles, sicheres und positives Auftreten gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
