La Boulangerie Zogbi recherche une personne accueillante, dynamique et polyvalente pour rejoindre son équipe à Bussigny.

Nous proposons des pains artisanaux à fermentation lente, des pâtisseries fines ainsi qu’une offre gourmande pour le tea\-room, avec des cafés, des thés et différentes spécialités préparées avec soin. Chaque jour, nous souhaitons offrir à notre clientèle une pause chaleureuse et savoureuse.

Votre mission

Sous la responsabilité du gérant et de la responsable du point de vente, vous participez à la vie quotidienne de la boutique et du tea\-room. Vos tâches seront variées :

  • Accueillir, conseiller et servir la clientèle avec attention et bonne humeur ;
  • Présenter et vendre les pains, pâtisseries, produits d’épicerie et suggestions du jour ;
  • Préparer les commandes, emballer les produits et encaisser les ventes ;
  • Préparer le snacking : sandwichs, salades, quiches et autres produits proposés ;
  • Assurer le service au tea\-room, notamment pour les boissons et les commandes à table ;
  • Mettre en place les vitrines et les espaces de vente, veiller à leur réassortiment et à leur présentation ;
  • Participer à la préparation de la boutique avant l’ouverture et à sa fermeture ;
  • Entretenir les espaces de vente, de préparation et de service afin de maintenir un environnement propre et accueillant ;
  • Appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire ;
  • Participer, selon les besoins, aux prestations ou services organisés en dehors de la boutique.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons une personne qui :

  • Aime le contact avec la clientèle et sait offrir un service souriant et attentionné ;
  • Possède une très bonne maîtrise du français, indispensable pour le poste, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ;
  • La maîtrise d’une autre langue constitue un atout, notamment le portugais, l’anglais, l’espagnol, etc. ;
  • Est polyvalente, organisée et apprécie le travail en équipe ;
  • Est à l’aise dans un environnement vivant, avec des tâches qui évoluent au fil de la journée ;
  • Dispose idéalement d’une expérience dans la vente, la boulangerie\-pâtisserie ou la restauration ;
  • Une formation dans la vente ou la restauration est appréciée ;
  • Est disponible pour travailler selon les horaires du point de vente, y compris les week\-ends.
