Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons pour notre succursale de CONSEILLER/ÈRE DE VENTE MERCEDES\-BENZ Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons pour notre succursale de Morges un/e CONSEILLER/ÈRE DE VENTE MERCEDES\-BENZ En tant que Conseiller/ère de vente, vous êtes un maillon essentiel de la concession et vous incarnez plus que quiconque les valeurs de la marque auprès des prospects et des clients. La satisfaction des clients est au cœur de vos préoccupations quotidiennes. Vous identifiez les besoins des prospects et des clients, les conseillez et assurez la vente de véhicules neufs. Vous êtes également responsable de proposer et de promouvoir différents services additionnels comme les offres de financement, les assurances, les accessoires et la reprise du véhicule actuel. VOTRE MISSION Accueillir les prospects et clients, analyser leurs besoins, les conseiller, leur faire découvrir et essayer nos véhicules, les aider à identifier le véhicule qui répond à leurs attentes, finaliser la vente en leur offrant une expérience riche et individualisée au sein de la concession Prospection et suivi du portefeuille Elaboration des offres et contrats de vente Devenir le/la Conseiller/ère privilégié/e de vos clients et leur donner envie de revenir ! VOTRE PROFIL Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente automobile ou autre domaine CFC d'un métier en relation avec l'automobile ou dans le domaine commerciale Doté d'un sens commercial aigu et à l'aise dans la prospection Aisance relationnelle, excellent/e communicateur/trice avec une attitude positive Réseau régional, connaissance du tissu économique local et domicilié/e dans la région de Morges De langue maternelle française avec d'excellentes connaissances en anglais ou allemand Maîtrise des outils informatiques Microsoft Office et des nouvelles technologies Apprécie le travail en équipe, tout en sachant être autonome.
