Le cross\\-selling et l'upselling ne te sont pas étrangers et tu aimes vendre \* Tu conseilles nos membres de manière amicale et compétente par e\\-mail et par téléphone (pas de travail en soirée et le week\\-end ; le télétravail est possible) \* Tu es responsable de la gestion administrative des polices d'assurance (rédaction et envoi des offres, saisie dans le système informatique, création de statistiques et d'analyses) \* Tu participes aux réunions d'équipe et aux ateliers et apporte activement tes idées \\Ce que tu apportes :\\ \* Tu as une formation certifiée AFA ou plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine des assurances, avec la volonté d'obtenir la certification AFA financée par l'ATE \* Tu parles très bien français et allemand \* Tu es proactif(ve) et te distingues par un sens élevé du service et de l'orientation client \* Tu as une bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques courants et es ouvert(e) à l'apprentissage de nouveaux systèmes et applications \* Tu t'identifies aux objectifs de l'ATE Ton futur lieu de travail, au sein d'une petite équipe bien rodée, se situe juste à côté de la gare de Berne.
