Tu as l'ambition de conseiller la clientèle de manière globale et d'obtenir des résultats supérieurs à la moyenne?

Que tu sois débutant/e ambitieux/se ou vendeur/se chevronné/e, chez Visana, tu évolues dans un environnement qui met la performance au défi, la soutient et la récompense.

Au sein de notre formation interne à la vente, tu acquiers les compétences pour conseiller la clientèle dans toutes les branches. Ton développement se poursuit ensuite de manière ciblée tant sur le plan professionnel que humain.

**Ton activité**

* Tu travailles au service externe et tu conseilles la clientèle sur nos produits d'assurance attrayants * Tu acquiers **activement de nouveaux clients et clientes** pour Visana * Tu représentes la carte de visite de Visana, dans le cadre de contacts directs ou de foires et d'événements * Tu organises ton travail quotidien de manière **autonome**, orientée vers les objectifs et tu es motivé/e par la performance

**Ton profil**

* Tu veux vendre, convaincre et conclure, avec un succès mesurable à travers des résultats concrets * Tu disposes d'une formation de base complète; idéalement, tu as déjà terminé la **certification d'intermédiaire d'assurance AFA** * Tu te présentes avec assurance, tu communiques clairement et tu sais gagner les gens à ta cause * Tu travailles de manière structurée, tu te fixes des objectifs ambitieux et tu les atteins systématiquement * Tu possèdes un permis de conduire cat. B et disposes idéalement d'un vaste réseau dans la région de Genève
