Tes missions et responsabilités:

  • Acquisition et développement du réseau : tu identifies et recrutes de nouveaux garages partenaires et contribues activement à l’évolution stratégique de notre concept.
  • Conseil et accompagnement des partenaires : proche du terrain, tu identifies les besoins de nos partenaires et les conseilles de manière pragmatique, notamment en matière de campagnes marketing, de sites web, de présence sur les réseaux sociaux, de création de contenu, de blogs ainsi que de signalétique intérieure et extérieure.
  • Gestion de projets et force de proposition : tu prends les projets en main avec enthousiasme, apportes de nouvelles idées et contribues activement au développement du concept.
  • Vision stratégique : tu gardes une vue d’ensemble, identifies les potentiels d’amélioration et mets en œuvre des solutions concrètes.
  • Organisation d’événements : tu planifies et réalises des visites clients, des événements et des participations à des salons professionnels, tout en veillant à offrir une expérience de qualité à nos partenaires.
  • Collaboration interne : tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec le service interne et contribues activement à une coopération efficace.
  • Suivi et gestion contractuelle : tu veilles au respect des engagements contractuels et assures le suivi des processus clés.

Ton profil:

  • Tu disposes d’une formation commerciale ou technique, complétée par une formation continue en marketing, gestion d’entreprise ou vente.
  • Tu justifies idéalement d’une expérience dans la vente externe ou dans une fonction comparable. Une expérience en gestion de comptes clés constitue un atout.
  • Tu possèdes une bonne compréhension du marketing et sais analyser les besoins de différents types d’entreprises afin de proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Tu te distingues par tes compétences en conseil et en vente ainsi que par ton aisance relationnelle.
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome, structurée et proactive, tout en gardant ton sens des priorités même dans les périodes soutenues.
  • Tu fais preuve d’un esprit entrepreneurial, identifies les opportunités et apportes de nouvelles impulsions à notre concept.
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et collabores efficacement avec les différents interlocuteurs internes.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et l’allemand, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, avec un niveau C dans les deux langues. Cette compétence est indispensable pour assurer de manière autonome le suivi de nos partenaires en Suisse romande et en Suisse alémanique.
  • Tu maîtrises les outils Microsoft Office courants, notamment Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Tu es disposé·e à effectuer des déplacements représentant 60 à 80 % de ton activité dans toute la Suisse.
