Autocorner SA est une entreprise familiale reconnue dans la distribution automobile, représentant les marques Audi, Skoda et BYD. Forte de près de 120 collaborateurs, elle est implantée dans les cantons de Vaud et du Valais à travers 5 concessions et 2 centres d'occasions.

Pour renforcer notre équipe au sein notre concession Audi à Sion, nous recherchons un.e conseiller.ère en garanties et facturation (H/F).

Mission principale

Le Conseiller en garanties et facturation (H/F) assure la gestion administrative, notamment la facturation et les garanties, dans le respect des normes de qualité de l'importateur.

Vos missions

  • Établir les demandes de prise en charge commerciales du client auprès du service clientèle
  • Facturer les clients comptant, les clients en compte, les cas d'assurances et les internes
  • Saisir les garanties avec le suivi respectif
  • S'assurer avant chaque facturation établie la complétude du dossier
  • Suivre les encours de facturation
  • Assurer le suivi et la correction des garanties, selon les processus en vigueur
  • Assurer la préparation et le contrôle des dossiers dans le cadre de l'Audit Garantie.
  • Soutenir les Conseillers/ères SAV (enregistrement et planification des rendez-vous, accueil et conseil aux clients, préparer les devis, réceptionner et restituer les véhicules, etc.)

Votre profil

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une 1ère expérience réussie avec la facturation dans un garage, dans un atelier mécanique ou dans un magasin de pièces détachées automobiles.
  • Vous avez une formation commerciale ou technique dans le domaine de l'automobile (CFC ou équivalent)
  • Vous maitrisez parfaitement la langue française, l'allemand ou l'anglais, un fort atout
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les tâches administratives
  • Vous êtes extrêmement rigoureux(-euse) dans la gestion administrative et organisé(e), motivé(e), flexible, intègre et loyal(e)
  • Vous connaissez les procédures et marques du Groupe VAG (=un plus)
