Conseiller·ère fiscal en planification financière ====================================================

Tâches principales

  • Approche holistique de la situation financière de la clientèle \- prévoyance, patrimoine, financement, succession \- et plus particulièrement fiscalité.
  • Etablissement et présentations de planifications financières personnalisées et conformes aux objectifs et à la situation de vie de la clientèle.
  • Accompagnement de la clientèle privée, en particulier de la Gestion de fortune et des entrepreneurs, dans l’analyse globale de leur situation financière et fiscale en offrant des solutions sur mesure.
  • Collaboration étroite avec les conseillers à la clientèle du canton pour lesquels vous agissez aussi en tant que référent pour les questions techniques relatives à la fiscalité.
  • Soutien actif dans le développement des portefeuilles des conseillers par votre savoir\-faire et vos conseils ciblés fiscaux.
  • Contrôle de la conformité des planifications financières et de prévoyance tout en assurant leur adéquation réglementaire.
  • Interventions ponctuelles lors d’événements destinés à la clientèle.

Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles

  • Formation commerciale aboutie complétée par une spécialisation dans le domaine de la fiscalité ou en fiduciaire (Brevet fédéral d’agent fiduciaire, voire diplôme fédéral d’expert·e fiduciaire ou fiscal) ou parcours jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans en fiduciaire.
  • Solides connaissances fiscales, notamment dans les problématiques touchant les personnes physiques, les entrepreneurs et leur patrimoine.
  • Intérêt prononcé pour le domaine de la planification financière.
  • Maîtrise des aspects liés à la transmission de patrimoine, notamment sur les plans financier, fiscal et successoral.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français avec maitrise de l’allemand et/ou de l’anglais niveau B2\.
