Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

  • Développement et suivi de la clientèle dans les prestations de base: identification des besoins de la clientèle et proposition de solutions adaptées en matière de gestion courante, épargne, moyens de paiement, placements et prévoyance de base
  • Développement du portefeuille clients: acquisition de nouveaux clients, développement et suivi du portefeuille existant, tout en contribuant activement aux actions de prospection du marché
  • Collaboration et travail en équipe: identification des besoins spécifiques et orientation des clients vers les conseillers spécialisés, en favorisant une collaboration efficace au sein de l'équipe
  • Engagement dans un environnement responsable: évolution dans une banque coopérative aux valeurs fortes, en contribuant activement à une approche durable et responsable, donnant du sens à l'activité professionnelle

Qu'apportez-vous? ##

  • Une formation bancaire achevée ou un niveau équivalent dans un autre domaine de la finance
  • Une expérience confirmée dans le conseil et/ou la vente (une expérience bancaire est un plus)
  • Une aisance dans les échanges, avec un sens développé de l'écoute, de la compréhension et de l'adaptation
  • Un enthousiasme à conseiller, servir et convaincre, tout en adoptant une attitude positive et un comportement avenant
  • Une forte volonté d'apprendre, se développer en continu et atteindre des objectifs ambitieux
  • Une aisance dans l'utilisation des outils digitaux
