Vous êtes titulaire d’un master en psychologie de travail et des organisations ou d’un CFC employé\-e de commerce complété par le certificat de gestionnaire RH ou d’une formation équivalente ?

Vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans le domaine des ressources humaines et dans les techniques d’entretien?

Vous connaissez les différentes assurances sociales et le tissu économique régional ?

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des techniques de recherche d’emploi ?

Vous avez une grande capacité d’écoute, un sens de l’organisation et des responsabilités ?

Vous êtes intéressé\-e par l’accompagnement et la ré/insertion professionnelle ?

Vos missions

En tant que conseiller\-ère en ressources humaines vous formez et accompagnez les bénéficiaires de la mesure de réinsertion professionnelle en vue de les aider à développer leurs compétences. Vous apportez conseil et expertise aux responsables de secteurs. Vos principales activités consistent à :

  • Développer les compétences professionnelles et personnelles des bénéficiaires afin de favoriser leur ré/insertion sur le marché du travail
  • Mener les évaluations des compétences des bénéficiaires et de leur niveau d’employabilité en collaboration avec les responsables de secteurs
  • Mobiliser les bénéficiaires autour de leur projet professionnel (constitution d’un dossier professionnel, stratégie à la recherche d’emploi) afin de favoriser leur insertion professionnelle
  • Soutenir les bénéficiaires dans le cadre de leurs recherches d’emploi
  • Agir en tant qu’interface entre Démarche et ses différents prescripteurs au niveau opérationnel
  • Gérer l’administration des dossiers des bénéficiaires
