* Conseiller la clientèle au sein du cdmt Op pour toutes les questions relevant des TIC et apporter une contribution active aux stratégies à long terme dans ce domaine * Mener de petits projets TIC, contribuer à de plus grands projets TIC et les planifier, établir le budget relatif aux besoins en matière de prestations informatiques (matériel et logiciels) * Coordonner et mettre en œuvre les directives, formations et normes en matière de TIC avec les super-utilisateurs/trices subordonnés/es * Assurer une résolution rapide et compétente des problèmes et garantir la disponibilité des moyens informatiques conformément aux accords de niveau de service et aux contrats de prestation * Préparer, tester et réaliser des modifications du système (matériel et logiciels) conformément aux directives en vigueur

* Diplôme d'une haute école spécialisée ou d'une haute école (HES, EPF, UNI - bachelor/master) dans le domaine de l'informatique ou formation comparable * Le CFC en informatique est un atout * Connaissances approfondies en ingénierie des exigences et expérience de travail avec des équipes d'analyse d'affaires * Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, sens aigu du service et orientation client * Autonomie, efficacité et souci de la qualité * Don pour la communication, esprit d'équipe et bonne connaissance d'une deuxième langue officielle, à l'oral comme à l'écrit

Le commandement des Opérations (cdmt Op) est responsable de toutes les opérations et de tous les engagements militaires de l'Armée suisse. Le cdmt Op comprend notamment les Forces aériennes, les Forces terrestres, les quatre divisions territoriales, le Centre de compétences SWISSINT, le commandement des Forces spéciales ainsi que la Police militaire. Environ 40 % des quelque 2500 collaborateurs/trices sont employés dans le civil, des ingénieur/e/s aux analystes en passant par les mécanicien/ne/s sur aéronefs.

L'Armée suisse emploie plus de 9000 collaborateurs/trices dans quatre professions militaires et environ 200 professions civiles, et ce, sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Elle assure également la relève en formant des apprenti/e/s dans plus de 30 métiers.
