A propos du rôle ##

En tant que Conseiller RH, vous intégrez une équipe pour gérer à la fois le recrutement, l'administration RH et le coaching de proximité des managers. Ce rôle polyvalent est idéal pour un profil dynamique souhaitant s'investir durablement.

Nous vous proposons Une mission de 6 mois en Try & Hire avec possibilité d'internalisation, un horaire de travail flexible, un jour de télétravail par semaine et une solide formation initiale de trois mois.

Tâches ##

Gestion complète du cycle de recrutement, prise en charge de l'administration du personnel et rôle de conseil et coaching auprès des managers.

  • Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement de l'expression du besoin à l'embauche
  • Assurer l'administration RH et les formalités d'engagement des collaborateurs
  • Rédiger les contrats de travail et les certificats de travail intermédiaires
  • Coacher et accompagner les managers de proximité dans leur gestion d'équipe
  • Intervenir de manière constructive dans la gestion des conflits internes
  • Utiliser Excel pour le suivi et la mise à jour des données RH

Nous cherchons ##

  • Formation en gestion des ressources humaines (Bachelor HEIG, Brevet RH ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Excel
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Capacité d'organisation, aisance relationnelle et posture de soutien
