Nous gérons les garages AMAG, les Carrosserie Centers et les Centres Occasions, pour un service fiable et personnalisé. Pour renforcer nos équipes AMAG Nyon Champ-Colin, nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller service après-vente carrosserie (F/H) à 100% pour un poste à pourvoir de suite ou à convenir. 

Tes tâches ##

  • Gestionnaire de la relation client : Tu seras le point de contact pour nos clients, coordonnant les rendez-vous jusqu'à la remise du véhicule, tout en entretenant des relations actives.
  • Véritable lien entre nos clients et l-atelier carrosserie : tu conseilles, planifies les interventions et veilles à garantir une expérience client irréprochable à chaque étape du dossier. 
  • Expert en offres : Tu élaboreras des offres conformes aux demandes, veilleras à la propreté et à l-exhaustivité des véhicules, et gèreras les ordres d-atelier avec professionnalisme.
  • Champion de la mobilité : Tu créeras une atmosphère conviviale et convaincras nos clients grâce à ton expertise et ta passion pour la mobilité.

Ton profil ##

  • Formation de carrossier-tôlier CFC (F/H)
  • De solides connaissances commerciales
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle comme conseiller après-vente 
  • Présentation assurée, soignée et manières irréprochables
  • Sens du service élevé, goût pour la communication et volonté de s-engager
  • Des connaissances informatiques approfondies un atout
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
