Bien établie, cette entreprise suisse est active dans le secteur des matériaux de construction. Elle mise sur des partenariats durables avec ses clients, sur la qualité de son service et sur le développement de ses collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Pour son secteur La Côte - Genève, elle recherche un Conseiller technico-commercial / une Conseillère technico-commerciale externe à 100%.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous prenez en charge un portefeuille d'environ 300 clients et continuez à le développer
  • Vous conseillez sur le plan technique une clientèle exclusivement professionnelle : entrepreneurs, maçons, plâtriers-peintres, entreprises de génie civil et services des constructions
  • Vous accompagnez vos clients dans le choix et l'application des produits : isolation et systèmes de façade, enduits, béton et génie civil
  • Vous vendez et promouvez la gamme de produits, et gérez vos offres de A à Z, jusqu'à leur suivi
  • Vous vous rendez régulièrement sur les chantiers pour en assurer le suivi et trouver sur place des solutions adaptées
  • Vous acquérez de nouveaux clients et assurez leur développement
  • Vous présentez les produits et participez à des événements professionnels
  • Vous suivez votre activité dans un outil CRM

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC dans la construction, de préférence en plâtrerie-peinture, ou en maçonnerie, dans le second œuvre ou en construction de routes
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience pratique sur les chantiers et connaissez la réalité du terrain
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience de la vente ou du conseil technique dans le bâtiment en Suisse romande. Si ce n'est pas le cas, vous serez formé / formée à la vente
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français
  • Vous disposez du permis de conduire et êtes idéalement domicilié / domiciliée dans le canton de Vaud ou de Genève
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique, autonome et orientée solutions, à l'aise dans le contact client
  • Vous faites preuve d'une bonne résistance au stress et savez vous affirmer face à une clientèle exigeante
