Missions ###

  • Développer et commercialiser des solutions techniques dans le domaine de la construction
  • Prospecter et acquérir de nouveaux projets de construction, de transformation et de rénovation
  • Conseiller les clients et partenaires tout au long de leurs projets
  • Élaborer des offres techniques et financières adaptées aux besoins des clients
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques, les ingénieurs et les dessinateurs afin de proposer des solutions optimales
  • Réaliser les calculs de prix, préparer les devis et assurer le suivi complet des offres
  • Gérer les aspects administratifs liés aux projets offres, confirmations de commandes, documents pour appels d'offres et traitement des éventuelles réclamations
  • Assurer un suivi actif des opportunités commerciales jusqu'à la conclusion des contrats
  • Fidéliser un portefeuille de clients existants et participer au développement de nouveaux marchés
  • Organiser et mener des actions commerciales sur le terrain afin d'accroître la visibilité et le chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise

Profil ###

  • Formation de base dans le secteur de la construction (CFC ou équivalent), complétée par une formation supérieure, ou diplôme d'ingénieur civil
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la construction
  • Une expérience dans la préfabrication béton ou les éléments de construction industrialisés constitue un véritable atout
  • Goût prononcé pour la vente, le conseil client et la négociation
  • Aisance relationnelle et forte orientation résultats
  • Intérêt marqué pour les solutions techniques et les projets complexes
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément tout en conservant un excellent niveau de qualité
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie et persévérance
  • Maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office, notamment Excel, une expérience avec des logiciels de planification 3D ou BIM est un avantage
