La Banca Raiffeisen Vedeggio Cassarate, una Banca fortemente radicata sul territorio e orientata alla clientela locale, è alla ricerca, per la propria rete di agenzie, di una personalità con forte senso di responsabilità e orientata alla clientela. Nella funzione di Consulente alla Clientela Privata Base sei responsabile della gestione conforme alla strategia e dello sviluppo della nostra Clientela Privata Base (CPB). Fungerai da consulente competente e responsabile e ti occuperai del riconoscimento e dello sfruttamento del potenziale nel contatto con la clientela, del suo sviluppo e del passaggio al segmento target della Consulenza Clientela Individuale. Adotterai un approccio alla consulenza e all'assistenza globale e incentrato sulle fasi della vita e di avvenimenti importanti della clientela tenendo in considerazione l'offerta specifica del segmento. Contribuirai attivamente al posizionamento di Raiffeisen quale partner competente sul tema Finanze (in particolare Risparmio, Investimenti e Previdenza).

  • Consulenza globale e orientata alle esigenze di una clientela privata base in ambito dei mezzi di pagamento, dei prodotti di risparmio, degli investimenti e della previdenza, nel rispetto delle direttive strategiche, normative e degli obiettivi della Banca
  • Riconoscimento e sviluppo del potenziale della clientela, tramite una consulenza proattiva
  • Acquisizione mirata di nuovi clienti

Cosa offri? ##

  • Diploma di impiegato/a di commercio, preferibilmente ramo banca e maturità professionale
  • Certificazione Consulente alla clientela privata SAQ o disponibilità a svolgerla
  • Ottime conoscenze informatiche e orientamento alla digitalizzazione
  • Personalità intraprendente, con buone doti relazionali e orientata alla clientela e alla vendita
  • Capacità di lavorare autonomamente e in team
  • Impegno attivo per il successo del team
  • Esperienza bancaria in posizione analoga, le conoscenze del mercato e l'integrazione nel territorio del Vedeggio Cassarate costituiscono titolo preferenziale
