* Titolo universitario (master) in giurisprudenza * Buone conoscenze del diritto in materia di protezione dei dati; una formazione supplementare in tale ambito costituisce titolo preferenziale * Spiccata affinità per dati e sistemi d'informazione, nonché capacità e interesse ad approfondire il loro funzionamento, i processi aziendali alla base e i contesti giuridici e organizzativi; esperienza professionale nell'ambito di sistemi d'informazione, progetti informatici o processi aziendali digitali costituisce titolo preferenziale * Orientamento alle soluzioni, approccio analitico e digitale nonché capacità di trasmettere contenuti complessi in modo comprensibile in forma orale e scritta * Buone capacità di consulenza, atteggiamento sicuro e modo di lavorare strutturato e proattivo * Ottime conoscenze scritte e orali di due lingue ufficiali e dell'inglese, ciascuna almeno a livello B2

L'ambito direzionale Prevenzione della criminalità e diritto riunisce i centri di competenza per la compliance dei dati, il diritto, la prevenzione della criminalità e la lotta al riciclaggio di denaro (MROS).

La divisione Compliance dei dati di fedpol garantisce una gestione delle informazioni sicura, responsabile e conforme alla legge durante l'intero ciclo di vita dei dati. È responsabile del sistema di gestione della compliance dei dati a livello di Ufficio e delle relative strutture di governance, verifica e controllo.
