Aujourd-hui, notre bureau genevois a besoin d-un soutien temporaire et c-est pourquoi nous recherchons un.e Consultant·e en Recrutement pour rejoindre notre équipe pour une période de 4 mois, potentiellement prolongeable.

Prêt/e à relever le défi ?

Tâches ##

En tant que Consultant·e en Recrutement, tu seras le chef d'orchestre de tes processus, du recueil du besoin client jusqu-à l-accompagnement de tes candidats en mission. Concrètement, ton quotidien s'articulera autour de ces tâches :

  • Stratégie & conseil client : échanger directement avec nos clients (en binôme avec l'Account Manager) pour comprendre leurs besoins. Loin d'être un simple exécutant, tu assumes un rôle d'expert pour les challenger et les orienter vers la meilleure stratégie d'acquisition.
  • Copywriting & attraction : rédiger des annonces immersives, transparentes et ciblées. Fini le jargon purement corporate : tu parles le langage de nos candidats pour te démarquer et attirer les meilleurs talents.
  • Assessment & sélection : conduire les entretiens et évaluer les candidats avec la rigueur de nos standards, en t'appuyant sur nos méthodes de recrutement scientifiques. Tu deviendras un·e expert·e dans l'analyse de nos tests psychométriques et cognitifs pour identifier le vrai potentiel au-delà du simple CV.
  • Closing & négociation : élaborer des dossiers complets et défendre tes profils face aux clients avec conviction. Tu utiliseras les données scientifiques de tes évaluations comme un levier pour convaincre tes clients de miser sur le potentiel, tout en menant les négociations (salariales, conditions) d'une main de maître.
  • Onboarding & partenariat : Garantir un suivi administratif irréprochable (contrats, permis, certificats, etc.). Sur le terrain, tu deviens le career partner de tes consultants, avec ce qu'il faut de fermeté et de bienveillance pour maintenir des relations durables.

Ton profil ##

  • Expérience : 0 à 3 ans d-expérience professionnelle, idéalement en contact avec des clients (stages et jobs étudiants).
  • Langues : Une maîtrise parfaite du français (langue maternelle) ainsi qu-un très bon niveau d-anglais (C1 minimum).
  • Digital native dans l-âme, tu es autonome et tu jongles avec les outils informatiques avec curiosité.

Ton ADN (ce qui fera ton succès chez nous) :

  • Tu as une attention redoutable aux détails. Là où d'autres se noient sous l'administratif, tu t'appuies sur des process clairs pour rester hyper-efficace.
  • Drivé·e par les résultats, tu sais garder le cap et ton sang-froid même quand la pression monte, que les délais sont courts ou que les plans changent à la dernière minute.
  • Tu ne te contentes pas de dire "oui". Tu as l'aplomb nécessaire pour défendre tes convictions face à un client exigeant.
