Consultant·e ERP – Finance \& Comptabilité À propos d’Opale Solutions Fondée en 1982, Opale Solutions SA est un leader suisse dans le développement de solutions informatiques administratives (ERP) dédiées aux établissements de santé. Avec plus de 60 collaborateurs répartis sur trois sites (Genève, Vaud, Zurich), nous poursuivons notre croissance et renforçons notre équipe Consulting. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) : Consultant·e ERP – Finance \& Comptabilité Votre mission Rattaché·e au Responsable Applicatif et au Directeur Opérationnel, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le support et l’évolution de nos solutions. À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené·e à : conseiller et accompagner nos clients ; assurer le support et analyser les problématiques fonctionnelles ; paramétrer nos solutions selon les besoins clients ; analyser les demandes d’évolution et tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités ; former les utilisateurs et rédiger la documentation ; gérer des projets de l’avant\-vente à la mise en production. Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, d’un Bachelor HES en économie d’entreprise ou d’une formation jugée équivalente. Une expérience en comptabilité hospitalière ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance du référentiel REKOLE® constituent des atouts importants. Vous avez un intérêt pour les ERP et les processus financiers et vous vous distinguez par : de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ; autonomie, pragmatisme et sens des responsabilités ; une attitude proactive et une forte orientation client ; une bonne capacité d’adaptation et le goût du travail en équipe.
