Vous avez acquis une solide expérience professionnelle et souhaitez aujourd-hui franchir une nouvelle étape en donnant une dimension entrepreneuriale à votre parcours.

HR Bench recherche une personne souhaitant rejoindre la direction de la société, entrer à son capital et prendre une part active à son développement et à son avenir.

Le projet s-inscrit dans une entreprise solidement établie, disposant d-une clientèle, d-un savoir-faire et d-un positionnement reconnus.

Votre rôle

  • Piloter des mandats RH complexes et d-envergure
  • Analyser, structurer et modéliser des données RH et salariales
  • Conseiller les directions dans leurs politiques RH et leurs transformations
  • Présenter et défendre des analyses et recommandations auprès de directions générales et d-autorités publiques
  • Animer des séances et groupes de travail
  • Entretenir des relations de qualité avec les clients et identifier l-évolution de leurs besoins
  • Participer directement au pilotage et aux décisions stratégiques de la société et prendre une place déterminante dans son développement

Votre profil

Le poste s-adresse à une personne présentant, au-delà de ses compétences RH et organisationnelles, une très grande aisance avec les chiffres, les données et les outils informatiques de traitement et d-analyse.

  • Formation supérieure de niveau universitaire ou HES en RH, gestion, économie, organisation ou dans une discipline analytique ou quantitative
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction dirigeante RH ou dans des fonctions à forte composante de conseil et d-analyse, en entreprise, au sein d-une organisation publique ou parapublique, ou en cabinet de conseil
  • Expérience du pilotage de projets complexes impliquant des interlocuteurs de niveau décisionnel
  • Excellentes capacités d-analyse, de synthèse et de structuration
  • Maîtrise avancée d-Excel et bonne compréhension des outils de traitement, d-analyse, de visualisation et de modélisation des données, avec la capacité d-en analyser et d-en exploiter les résultats
  • Excellente aisance dans la prise de parole en public, la présentation et l-argumentation auprès de décideurs
  • Autonomie, rigueur, capacité d-écoute et sens des responsabilités
  • Fibre entrepreneuriale et volonté de s-impliquer directement dans la direction, le capital et le développement de la société
