En tant que consultant en contenu social, tu joues un rôle central dans l-accompagnement de nos clients et contribues activement au développement de nos services sociaux. Tu agis comme un lien important et fais avancer de manière significative le domaine de l-Organic Social.

Tes tâches sont-

- la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle de nos projets clients avec un focus clair sur la gestion organique des réseaux sociaux et le contenu social. Tu assumes la responsabilité du contact direct avec les clients et veilles à ce que les concepts soient non seulement bien conçus, mais aussi mis en œuvre avec succès sur les plateformes.

Tu travailles en étroite collaboration en interne avec notre équipe Paid Social et Creative ainsi qu-avec des partenaires externes si nécessaire. Selon ton parcours et tes intérêts, tu as également la possibilité de t-impliquer dans des domaines connexes tels que le Paid Social ou le SEO et de faire évoluer nos services de manière transversale.

En collaboration avec le Head of SEO & UX, tu prends la responsabilité du développement adapté au marché de notre service Social Content et t-assures que nos produits répondent aux exigences de qualité élevées de notre clientèle. Tu mets ton expertise au service des projets clients existants et nouveaux et soutiens notre Unit Management ainsi que nos consultants en tant que personne de référence dans ton domaine.

Tu...

  • as au moins 1 an d-expérience professionnelle solide en gestion des réseaux sociaux, idéalement avec un focus clair sur la croissance organique
  • maîtrises l-utilisation et la gestion des principales plateformes sociales, notamment Instagram, Meta, TikTok et LinkedIn
  • as une forte compréhension de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies sur les réseaux sociaux ainsi qu-une expérience en coordination de production
  • es habitué à la création et à l-interprétation de rapports pour analyser la performance sur les réseaux sociaux
  • as idéalement déjà eu des contacts avec le Paid Social, le SEO ou d-autres disciplines du marketing digital connexes - ou souhaites t-impliquer dans ces domaines à l-avenir
  • es très communicatif, ouvert d-esprit et apprécies le contact direct avec les clients
  • parles allemand au niveau C2 et disposes d-excellentes connaissances en anglais (B2/C1)
