Depuis 2002, One Placement SA est une agence de travail temporaire et fixe à Genève, Vaud, et Bâle spécialisée dans les secteurs suivants : tertiaire, industrie, technique, bâtiment, médical et hôtellerie.

Afin decompléter notre équipe pour le département hôtellerie-housekeeping, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e):

Consultant en personnel secteur hébergement 100% (h/f) - Genève

* Votre profil :

\- Vous disposez d-une expérience en tant que gouvernant(e) général(e) ou assimilé, dans des établissements de luxe sur Genève ou Vaud.

\- Vous possédez une grande connaissance du marché local, et de ses acteurs par le biais de votre réseau acquis par votre présence terrain et/ou contacts.

\- Vous maitrisez les métiers liés au secteur afin de recruter et d-accompagner les candidats en adéquation.

\- Vous avez acquis uns solide expérience qui vous permet d-être une formatrice aguerrie aux techniques du service en chambre.

* Votre mission :

\- Vous prospectez de nouveaux partenaires et réalisez un suivi client personnalisé.

\- Vous êtes en charge de l-organisation de la gestion administrative de votre secteur.

\- Vous découvrez des talents, que vous proposez selon les mandats tant pour des postes fixes que temporaires.

\- Vous préparez et émettez des annonces sur les différents sites.

\- Vous anticipez votre sourcing de candidats

\- Vous assurez un suivi commercial avec les différents partenaires.

* Compétences requises :

\- Goût du challenge, sens des responsabilités & ténacité

\- Diplômé dans le secteur hôtelier ainsi que plusieurs années d-expérience avec références helvétiques.

\- Capable de travailler en autonomie et en binôme avec un sens aigu de la communication, de la bienveillance et du contact humain.

\- Excellent relationnel, ouvert d-esprit avec des valeurs en adéquation avec notre société.

\- Maitrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, Zoom, teams) et des réseaux sociaux

Excellente maîtrise du Français écrit et parlé, anglais un atout.
