Pour notre succursale Accès Personnel Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e Consultant.e en Personnel Senior (H/F) à 100% – secteur Industrie \& Horlogerie

Consultant en personnel Senior (H/F) \- secteur Industrie \& Horlogerie =======================================================================

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Industrie \& Horlogerie sur le bassin genevois, nous renforçons notre équipe avec un profil senior capable de piloter un portefeuille clients, de développer l’activité et d’assurer un haut niveau de qualité dans le recrutement et le suivi des talents.

Sous la responsabilité directe de la Responsable d’Agence, tu joueras un rôle clé dans le développement commercial, la gestion de comptes clients et le recrutement de profils techniques et horlogers, en lien étroit avec les entreprises partenaires.

Tes missions :

Développement commercial \& relation clients

* Comprendre et analyser les besoins spécifiques des entreprises industrielles et horlogères de la région

* Développer et gérer ton portefeuille clients grâce à une prospection ciblée et qualitative

* Assurer des visites régulières et construire des partenariats durables

* Être force de proposition auprès de tes clients sur les solutions de recrutement et de placement

* Représenter Accès Personnel comme un partenaire de confiance, orienté précision, performance et service

Recrutement

* Rédiger et diffuser des annonces pour des profils techniques et horlogers

* Sourcer activement les talents via les jobboards, réseaux sociaux et ton réseau

* Mener les entretiens, évaluer les compétences et la motivation

* Constituer et animer un vivier de candidats qualifiés

* Assurer le suivi des collaborateurs placés en mission et renforcer leur engagement

Administration

* Préparer les dossiers des candidats conformément aux exigences des clients

* Informer et conseiller les collaborateurs sur leurs droits et obligations

* Gérer les contrats et assurer la conformité avec la législation

Ton profil :

* Expérience confirmée dans le placement de personnel, idéalement dans les secteurs industrie et/ou horlogerie

* Excellent réseau et très bonne connaissance du marché genevois

* Très bonnes connaissances de la Convention de Location de Services

* Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)

* Excellente capacité d’organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités

* Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en étant un moteur d’équipe

* Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, sens du service et orientation client
