Unser junges und topmotiviertes Team freut sich auf eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als neue/r Consultant Landlord Representation (Bereich Vermarktung Büroflächen) (Arbeitsort Zollikon, 80\-100% D/E) Du wirst bei uns mit diesen spannenden Herausforderungen betraut: Du führst Vermarktungsmandate für Büroflächen eigenständig zum Erfolg Du entwickelst massgeschneiderte Vermarktungsstrategien, erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen und Vermietungsunterlagen Du analysierst Märkte, Standorte und Zielgruppen und leitest daraus fundierte Empfehlungen für Eigentümer, Auftraggeber und Mietinteressenten ab Du sprichst potenzielle Mietinteressenten proaktiv an Du organisierst und begleitest Besichtigungen und sorgst für eine professionelle Customer Journey vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss Du fasst bei Mietinteressenten strukturiert nach, erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und begleitest Mietvertragsverhandlungen bis zur Unterzeichnung Du unterstützt das Team bei der Akquise neuer Vermarktungsmandate Du hast Spass an der Pflege und dem Ausbau von Kontakten zu Eigentümern, Verwaltungen, Nutzern und weiteren Marktteilnehmern Darauf können wir bei Dir bauen: Du bringst Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich mit, vorzugsweise in der Vermietung von Büroflächen Du verfügst idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung in der Immobilienbranche Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbständig sowie sorgfältig und behälst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick Du hast Freude am Markt, an Menschen und daran, Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben Wir schaffen Raum für Deinen Erfolg, indem Du bei uns ein unternehmerisches Umfeld mit vielen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten antriffst.
