Description du poste

  • Participer à la migration des rapports et environnements Tableau vers Power BI / Microsoft Fabric.
  • Analyser l-existant et contribuer à la définition des stratégies de migration.
  • Privilégier l-utilisation de Direct Lake pour limiter les duplications et optimiser les performances.
  • Utiliser le mode Import lorsque les contraintes techniques nécessitent une approche alternative.
  • Concevoir et faire évoluer les semantic models Power BI / Fabric.
  • Travailler avec les sources et environnements SQL / Data Warehouse existants.
  • Garantir la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité des solutions développées.
  • Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de Git, versionning, CI/CD et gestion des développements.
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration des pratiques de collaboration et de gouvernance au sein de l-équipe.
  • Participer aux phases de tests, de validation et de mise en production.
  • Accompagner progressivement la migration des différents périmètres fonctionnels.

Qualifications

  • Expérience significative en tant que Data Analyst / Expert Power BI.
  • Solide expérience sur Microsoft Power BI et Microsoft Fabric.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des semantic models et de l-architecture Power BI.
  • Expérience concrète de Direct Lake et idéalement des scénarios de migration vers Fabric.
  • Bonne connaissance de SQL / Data Warehouse.
  • Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques Git et versionning.
  • Expérience dans des environnements où les enjeux de gouvernance et de collaboration sont importants.
  • Une expérience de migration Tableau - Power BI constitue un réel atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un contexte complexe et contraint par les délais.
  • Excellente posture professionnelle, capacité à communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs et à travailler en équipe.
  • Niveau d-expertise confirmé attendu.
