Avec sa cinquantaine de spécialistes et d’experts, la société Optimatik offre efficacité et avantages concurrentiels à ses clients.

Pour compléter notre équipe en Suisse romande, nous sommes à la recherche d’ spécialiste système IT pour nos solutions portail client EBP et Innosolvenergy à 80% (h/f).

Tâches -------

  • Support de premier et deuxième niveau pour innosolvenergy et le portail client EBP en français
  • Accompagnement actif et compétent de nos clients
  • Spécialisation dans la solution CRM, de comptage et de facturation innosolvenergy
  • Planification et mise en œuvre de projets clients
  • Analyse technique et métier, définition des spécifications et mise en œuvre des exigences des clients
  • Paramétrage et configuration de nos solutions logicielles
  • Conseil et formation de notre clientèle
  • Assistance à l'équipe commerciale pour les questions techniques
  • Participation active à la gestion de produit pour le développement de nos solutions

Exigences ---------

  • Formation continue achevée en informatique, en informatique de gestion ou en électrotechnique dans une haute école spécialisée ou une école supérieure.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit (niveau C1\) ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand (niveau B2\)
  • Solides connaissances techniques et IT
  • Esprit analytique et orienté vers les solutions
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et capable de résister à la pression
  • Passion pour les défis techniques
  • Esprit de service et orientation client
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et personnalité attachante
