Content \& Digital Marketing Manager – 50 % =============================================

Origami Rénovation accompagne ses clients dans leurs projets de rénovation, de la conception à la réalisation des travaux.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons une personne créative, autonome et orientée résultats pour prendre en charge notre marketing digital et la création de contenu.

Il s’agit d’un poste très opérationnel : nous recherchons quelqu’un capable à la fois de développer notre visibilité et notre acquisition en ligne et de se rendre sur nos projets pour créer des contenus photo et vidéo de qualité.

Vos missions ------------

Acquisition digitale \& Ads

  • Concevoir, lancer et optimiser nos campagnes Ads – Instagram \& Facebook
  • Créer les audiences, campagnes et contenus publicitaires
  • Suivre les performances : leads, coût par lead, taux de conversion, ROAS
  • régulièrement de nouveaux formats, messages et audiences
  • Participer à l'amélioration des landing pages et du parcours de conversion

SEO \& site internet

  • Développer le référencement naturel du site Origami Rénovation
  • Identifier les opportunités de mots\-clés et de contenus
  • Optimiser les pages existantes : structure, contenus, titres, métadonnées et maillage interne
  • Rédiger et publier de nouveaux contenus optimisés SEO
  • Suivre l'évolution du trafic organique et des positions
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du site et de ses performances

Réseaux sociaux

  • Définir et gérer le calendrier éditorial
  • Développer notre présence principalement sur Instagram, Facebook et LinkedIn
  • Imaginer des contenus adaptés à notre univers : architecture, rénovation, design et coulisses des chantiers
  • Publier et décliner les contenus selon les différents formats : Reels, Stories, carrousels, posts, avant/après, etc.
  • Développer la visibilité et l'engagement organiques de la marque

Photo \& vidéo

  • Se déplacer régulièrement sur nos chantiers et projets
  • Filmer les différentes étapes d'une rénovation
  • Réaliser des interviews, témoignages clients et prises de parole
  • Photographier les projets, matériaux, détails et réalisations
  • Monter les vidéos et créer des formats courts adaptés aux réseaux sociaux
  • Produire une banque d'images et de vidéos cohérente avec l'identité premium d'Origami Rénovation

Le profil que nous recherchons ------------------------------

Vous êtes avant tout un profil polyvalent et très opérationnel.

Vous savez aussi bien analyser les performances d'une campagne que prendre une caméra pour produire un beau contenu sur un chantier.

Compétences indispensables :

  • Expérience concrète en Ads
  • Bonne maîtrise du SEO
  • Très bonne compréhension d'Instagram et des réseaux sociaux
  • Maîtrise de la prise de vue photo et vidéo
  • Maîtrise du montage vidéo et des formats courts
  • Sens esthétique développé
  • Excellente maîtrise du français
  • Autonomie, organisation et capacité à prendre des initiatives

La connaissance de WordPress, des outils d'analyse web et de l'univers de l'architecture, de l'immobilier ou du design constitue un vrai plus.

Nous ne cherchons pas uniquement quelqu'un qui « poste sur les réseaux sociaux ».

Nous cherchons une personne capable de comprendre notre activité, d'en extraire les bonnes histoires et de transformer nos projets en contenus qui renforcent la marque, développent notre visibilité et génèrent de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

Conditions ----------

Taux d'activité : 50 %

Lieu : Canton de Vaud, avec présence régulière dans nos bureaux et déplacements sur nos différents chantiers.
