L'hôpital cantonal de Zoug est au service de la santé de la population du canton de Zoug et des régions environnantes. Environ 1'200 collaborateurs, dont 180 en formation initiale et continue, travaillent dans divers domaines. Chaque année, nous soignons et accompagnons plus de 11'500 patients hospitalisés et plus de 70'000 patients ambulatoires. Plus de 27'500 personnes sont traitées chaque année dans le centre d'urgence interdisciplinaire. Pour notre département financier, nous recherchons à partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord un(e) contrôleur / contrôleuse.

Vos tâches ##

  • Établir les rapports trimestriels et mensuels pour les cliniques et autres secteurs et soutenir les secteurs cliniques dans leurs questions financières
  • Soutenir la mise en place et le développement d-un système d-information de gestion
  • Participer à la budgétisation, aux projections ainsi qu-au développement du contrôle RH
  • Soutenir le développement du calcul des coûts et des prestations selon REKOLE®

Votre profil ##

  • Formation appropriée en finance (université/HES ou expert diplômé) avec formation complémentaire en contrôle de gestion
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la santé, de préférence dans un hôpital aigu
  • Forte affinité informatique et connaissances des logiciels sectoriels courants sont un avantage
  • Esprit analytique et grandes compétences en communication dans le contact avec différents groupes professionnels
