Vos activités

Développement continu de notre reporting interne à l-hôpital (par ex. reporting pour la direction)

Participation à l-élaboration et à l-analyse des comptes mensuels et annuels

Élaboration et analyse de rapports pour différents groupes d-intérêt internes, y compris la commentaire des écarts (par ex. calcul de productivité, analyses des centres de coûts)

Évaluation et interprétation des indicateurs financiers, de performance et de résultats

Soutien à la comptabilité analytique et à la fourniture de statistiques externes (par ex. SpiGes, statistiques hospitalières, SwissDRG)

Assurance des standards REKOLE

Développement de l-interface entre la gestion des prestations et les finances

Échanges réguliers avec les groupes d-intérêt internes et conseil économique aux cadres

Participation à des projets transversaux

Votre profil

Expérience pratique de plusieurs années en contrôle de gestion, idéalement en milieu hospitalier

Très bonnes connaissances de MS Office, en particulier Excel, connaissances HCe un atout

Personnalité motivée, ouverte et capable de travailler en équipe avec un grand sens de la qualité

Bonnes compétences en communication avec différents groupes d-intérêt

Fortes capacités analytiques ainsi qu-une pensée et action connectées, prospective et orientée solutions

Grand sens des responsabilités, initiative et autonomie
