Scheuchzer SA est spécialisée dans l-entretien mécanisé des voies ferrées. Depuis 1947, nous concevons, construisons, exploitons et entretenons nos propres machines afin de répondre aux exigences des réseaux ferroviaires en Suisse et en Europe.

 

Afin de renforcer notre département, nous recherchons un·e :

 

Contrôleur de gestion junior (H/F) - 60 à 100% ##

 

Votre mission ##

Intégré·e à l-équipe Finance & Controlling, vous contribuez au suivi de la performance de l-entreprise et participez activement aux activités du département.

 

Vous serez notamment amené·e à :

  • Participer à l-élaboration des reportings financiers et opérationnels ainsi qu-au suivi budgétaire ;
  • Réaliser des analyses financières, des calculs de rentabilité et analyser les écarts et les coûts ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des clôtures trimestrielles et annuelles et veiller à la qualité des données ;
  • Participer au développement et à l-amélioration des tableaux de bord et outils de reporting ;
  • Contribuer à l-automatisation et à l-optimisation des processus de controlling.

 

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes en formation ou titulaire d-un Bachelor ou Master HES en économie d-entreprise, gestion, finance, controlling ou d-une formation équivalente ;
  • Vous disposez idéalement d-une première expérience en finance, controlling, comptabilité ou audit ;
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et êtes à l-aise avec l-analyse de données et les principaux états financiers ;
  • Des connaissances de Tableau, Power Query, SAP et/ou Python constituent un atout ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre esprit d-analyse, votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité de synthèse ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et faites preuve de fiabilité et de discrétion ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ; des connaissances en allemand constituent un atout.
