* Évaluer les demandes (rulings) des contribuables ou de leurs conseillers au sujet des prix de transfert internationaux * Vérifier les prix de transfert appliqués par des sociétés actives à l'international et effectuer des analyses de cas complexes * Conseiller les autorités cantonales et d'autres divisions de l'AFC pour les questions liées aux prix de transfert * Développer la pratique dans le domaine des prix de transferts en fonction des évolutions à l'international * Collaborer dans le cadre de projets, de groupes de travail et de comités internes et internationaux (OCDE)

****Ce qui vous rend unique****

* Diplôme universitaire en sciences économiques ou en droit * Expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine des prix de transfert * Aptitude à identifier les enjeux économiques et bonne capacité d'analyse * Sens de la communication, autonomie, talent pour la négociation et capacité à s'imposer * Bonnes connaissances d'une deuxième langue officielle et très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais ; dans l'idéal, connaissances de la troisième langue officielle

Vous souhaitez vous pencher sur des structures financières complexes, travailler avec de grands groupes internationaux et agir dans un domaine central de la politique fiscale internationale ? Vous y traiterez les demandes de contribuables (rulings) en lien avec les prix de transfert, vous procéderez à des analyses financières complexes et vous soutiendrez les autorités fiscales cantonales sur ces questions.

Son champ d'activité englobe la TVA, l'impôt fédéral direct, l'impôt anticipé et les droits de timbre.
