Contrôleur Qualité / esthétique

Profil souhaité :

* Expérience confirmée dans le contrôle qualité de pièces usinées, idéalement en environnement microtechnique, horloger ou de précision. * Capacité à réaliser aussi bien des contrôles esthétiques que des contrôles techniques et dimensionnels. * Personne rigoureuse, autonome, méthodique et à l'aise dans un environnement de production. * Bon esprit d'analyse, communication claire et capacité à collaborer avec les équipes de production. Responsabilités principales :

+ Réaliser les contrôles esthétiques et dimensionnels de pièces microtechniques usinées selon les plans, gammes et critères qualité. + Effectuer les contrôles en cours de production et les contrôles finaux afin de garantir la conformité des composants. + Utiliser les moyens de mesure adaptés : pied à coulisse, micromètre, comparateur, colonne de mesure, projecteur de profil ou équipements optiques. + Lire et interpréter les plans techniques, tolérances dimensionnelles et géométriques ainsi que les + Veiller au bon usage des moyens de contrôle et au respect des procédures, instructions et exigences qualité.
