En qualité d’entreprise générale, nous accompagnons nos clients dans leurs projets sur l’ensemble de la Suisse romande. Notre ambition est de fournir des prestations durables et soignées, adaptées aux exigences de chaque projet. Afin d’accompagner notre développement, nous recherchons un contremaître expérimenté, organisé et engagé pour renforcer notre équipe. Vos responsabilités Préparer, organiser et coordonner les travaux sur les chantiers. Encadrer les équipes et répartir les tâches en fonction du planning et des priorités. Contrôler l’avancement, la qualité d’exécution et le respect des délais. Veiller à l’application des règles de sécurité et des prescriptions en vigueur. Coordonner les interventions avec la direction des travaux, les sous\-traitants et les autres corps de métier. Anticiper les besoins en personnel, matériaux, machines et outillage. Contrôler les livraisons et assurer la bonne utilisation du matériel. Participer activement aux travaux lorsque la situation du chantier l’exige. Effectuer les relevés, rapports journaliers et contrôles nécessaires au suivi des travaux. Signaler rapidement les difficultés techniques, les écarts de planning et les travaux supplémentaires. Représenter l’entreprise de ère professionnelle auprès des clients et des partenaires. Votre profil Formation achevée dans le domaine du bâtiment, idéalement avec un CFC de maçon ou un titre jugé équivalent. Formation de contremaître, chef d’équipe ou expérience équivalente constituant un atout. Expérience confirmée dans l’encadrement d’équipes et la conduite de chantiers. Bonnes connaissances des techniques de construction, de rénovation et de maçonnerie. Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans d’exécution. Bonne connaissance des règles de sécurité applicables aux chantiers en Suisse. Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à prendre des décisions. Aptitude à diriger et à motiver une équipe. Bonne maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Permis de conduire de catégorie B indispensable.
