Responsabilità

  • Supervisionare un team di 5-10 dipendenti
  • Collaborare con un tecnico per organizzare e pianificare i vari compiti
  • Garantire un coordinamento efficace tra le varie parti coinvolte
  • Rispettare rigorosamente il programma stabilito e le norme in vigore
  • Redigere rapporti giornalieri dettagliati sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori
  • Incoraggiare la collaborazione armoniosa tra i colleghi e tutto il personale dell'azienda favorendo lo spirito di squadra

Il tuo profilo

  • Titolare di un diploma di caposquadra o equivalente, oppure esperienza da 3 a 5 anni in un ruolo simile
  • Sono richieste adattabilità e disponibilità, con comprovate capacità di organizzazione, leadership e motivazione del team
  • Autonomia, scrupolosità e iniziativa sono molto apprezzate, così come un forte senso di responsabilità
  • È richiesta la patente di guida e un'ottima conoscenza del francese
  • Residenza attuale o intenzione di trasferirsi nella regione di Martigny.
  • Aperto ai candidati della Valle d'Aosta
