leteam sa est une entreprise de location de services fondée en 1987 et possède 28 agences partout en Suisse. Nous couvrons les domaines du bâtiment et du second œuvre, de l’industrie, de l’artisanat et de la technologie.

Pour le compte de l’un de nos partenaires situé dans la région de Bienne, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un/une contremaître/esse gros oeuvre expérimenté/e pour assurer la gestion et la coordination de chantiers d’envergure.

Description du poste

-Gérer et coordonner des chantiers de gros œuvre de différentes tailles -Superviser, encadrer et organiser les équipes présentes sur le terrain -Planifier les différentes étapes des travaux et répartir efficacement les tâches -Assurer le suivi quotidien de l’avancement des chantiers -Garantir le respect des plans, des délais et des exigences de qualité -Contrôler la conformité des travaux selon les normes en vigueur -Participer au suivi des coûts et à la bonne gestion des ressources du chantier -Organiser les besoins en personnel, matériaux, machines et matériel -Veiller au respect strict des règles de sécurité et de protection de l’environnement -Anticiper les difficultés et trouver rapidement des solutions adaptées aux imprévus du chantier -Assurer une bonne communication entre les équipes, la direction de chantier et les différents intervenants -Collaborer étroitement avec le conducteur de travaux -Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer le suivi des décisions prises

Profil recherché

-Brevet fédéral de contremaître ou formation jugée équivalente -Expérience confirmée en tant que contremaître dans le gros œuvre, idéalement avec au minimum 5 ans d’expérience -Excellentes connaissances des travaux de gros œuvre : coffrage, bétonnage, maçonnerie et organisation générale de chantier -Expérience dans la gestion de chantiers importants et la conduite d’équipes -Très bonne capacité à lire et interpréter des plans -Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions sur le terrain -Leadership naturel et aptitude à créer un bon climat de travail au sein des équipes -Personne organisée, rigoureuse, fiable et orientée solutions -Bonnes compétences en communication -Permis de conduire -Bonnes connaissances de l’allemand indispensables -Français, un réel avantage pour travailler dans la région bilingue de Bienne
