Pour plusieurs de nos clients situés dans la région Nord-Vaudoise, nous recherchons actuellement un/une contremaître/sse industriel/le - (H/F/D) - 100%

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Encadrer et coordonner les équipes de déménageurs et monteurs industriels
  • Organiser les opérations de démontage, manutention, transport et remontage
  • Préparer les interventions et anticiper les contraintes techniques
  • Coordonner les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires
  • Analyser les risques et mettre en place les mesures de sécurité adaptées
  • Suivre l-avancement des travaux et garantir le respect des délais
  • Gérer les imprévus et apporter des solutions directement sur le chantier
  • Assurer la communication avec les clients et les différents intervenants
  • Collaborer avec les responsables de production, techniciens et équipes internes
  • Participer aux opérations techniques lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Veiller au respect des standards de qualité et de sécurité

Wir erwarten ##

  • Solide expérience dans la manutention industrielle, le levage, le montage/démontage ou le transfert industriel
  • Première expérience réussie dans l-encadrement d-équipes
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques et excellent sens pratique
  • Capacité à organiser et coordonner plusieurs opérations simultanément
  • Bonne culture sécurité
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer une équipe
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse et organisée
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication
  • Esprit orienté solutions et capacité à gérer les imprévus
  • Flexibilité et mobilité pour intervenir sur différents chantiers
