La société Groupe Volet, active en Suisse Romande dans les domaines de la charpente, ferblanterie et couverture, est à la recherche pour ses sites de Siviriez, Orbe et Aigle, un(e) :

Contremaître / Technicien en ferblanterie Responsable secteur ferblanterie

Votre mission: - Diriger une équipe et travailler sur les chantiers - Maîtriser parfaitement les documents d’exécution - Etre un interlocuteur technique compétent sur le chantier et pour l’élaboration des détails d’exécution en collaboration avec les techniciens charpentiers - Trouver des solutions aux problèmes courants - Organiser et suivre l’avancement des travaux sur les chantiers - Effectuer des métrés - Gérer les stocks de marchandise, établir les sorties de stock - Développer notre secteur ferblanterie

Votre profil: - Titulaire d’un CFC de ferblantier - Brevet de Contremaître/ ferblantier ou titre jugé équivalent - Expérience professionnelle en tant que chef d’équipe (5 ans minimum) - Expérience dans le domaine de la charpente serait un plus

Vos qualités: - Capacité à gérer une équipe - Capacité à prendre des initiatives - Sens des responsabilités - Motivé à relever de nouveaux défis
