Votre mission

Vous dirigez des projets de construction complexes sur le terrain et coordonnez les équipes, les ressources et les processus de travail afin de garantir une réalisation efficace, sûre et de haute qualité des ouvrages.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer et coordonner des chantiers de gros œuvre de grande envergure
  • S'assurer de la qualité et de la conformité des travaux avec les normes et les plans en vigueur ainsi que du suivi financier des chantiers attribués
  • Gérer efficacement les équipes sur le terrain pour garantir le respect des délais
  • Veiller au maintien des standards de sécurité et de protection environnementale
  • Résoudre proactivement les problèmes, s'adapter aux imprévus de chantier et soutenir le Conducteur de travaux
  • Vous êtes titulaire du Brevet fédéral de contremaître ou d'un titre jugé équivalent
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience reconnue dans un rôle de contremaître en gros oeuvre, de préférence avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience
  • Vous avez la capacité exemplaire à travailler en équipe et à créer un climat de confiance
  • Vous avez une autonomie marquée dans la réalisation de projets
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en communication avec votre équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'Allemand
