Pour renforcer nos équipes spécialisées dans les travaux de micro-tunnelage, nous recherchons un Contremaître Micro-Tunnelier (h/f/x) expérimenté. Vous interviendrez sur des projets variés en Suisse romande, avec des possibilités de déplacements sur l'ensemble du territoire Suisse.

Missions : Contremaitre Micro-tunnelier (h/f/x) ###

Quelles seront tes missions en tant que Contremaitre Micro-tunnelier (h/f/x) ?

  • Organiser et superviser les travaux de micro-tunnelage sur chantier.
  • Gérer et coordonner les équipes opérationnelles. 
  • Assurer le respect de l'exécution des travaux dans les règles de l'art, des procédures internes et des exigences de sécurité.
  • Garantir la conformité des travaux avec les réglementations et normes locales en vigueur.
  • Planifier les ressources humaines, matérielles et logistiques nécessaires à l'avancement des travaux.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des chantiers.
  • Utiliser les outils informatiques. 
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des différents partenaires du projet (clients, mandataires, fournisseurs, autorités).

Exigences : Contremaitre Micro-tunnelier (h/f/x) ###

Quelles sont tes compétences en tant que Contremaitre Micro-tunnelier (h/f/x) ?

  • Brevet fédéral de contremaître ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 à 7 années d'expérience dans le domaine du micro-tunnelage.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d'équipes.
  • Excellentes connaissances techniques pour la réalisation de micro-tunnelage.
  • Bonne maîtrise des réglementations, normes locales et exigences de sécurité.
  • La maîtrise de l'allemand et ou de l'anglais constitue un atout.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en Suisse romande et ponctuellement dans toute la Suisse.
