Standort: Lupfig, Aargau

Deine Aufgaben

  • Business Partnering: Beratung des Managements sowie der operativen Einheiten in finanziellen und strategischen Fragestellungen.
  • Operatives Controlling: Mitgestaltung von Budgetierungs, Forecast und Reportingprozessen (Tagetik).
  • SAP & Systeme: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Moduls SAP-CO (S/4HANA) als Key User.
  • Analysen & Transparenz: Überwachung von Margen, Kostenstellen und Profitabilitäten (CO-PA) sowie Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung von Finance-Prozessen und Internen Kontrollsystemen (IKS).

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Studium (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finance oder Weiterbildung zum Fachmann/frau im Finanz und Rechnungswesen / CAS.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Praxis im Controlling, bevorzugt im produzierenden Gewerbe.
  • IT-Skills: Erprobter Umgang mit SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA von Vorteil) und hohe Affinität für moderne Daten/Tools.
  • Persönlichkeit: Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, pragmatische Problemlösekompetenz und Eigeninitiative.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
