Ihre Aufgaben Diese spannende Funktion bietet die Möglichkeit, moderne Controlling Ansätze in einem vielseitigen NPO-Umfeld mit familiärer und wertschätzender Unternehmenskultur aktiv mitzugestalten. Sie tragen den Wandel des bestehenden Controllings hin zu einem modernen und steuerungsorientierten FP&A-Umfeld aktiv voran. Zudem entwickeln Sie Management-Reportings, Kennzahlen, Dashboards, Forecasts und Planungsinstrumente kontinuierlich weiter und schaffen damit fundierte Grundlagen für betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungen. Dabei führen Sie Soll-Ist-, Budget- und Abweichungsanalysen durch, leiten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und wirken aktiv im Budget- und Forecastprozess mit. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung der Kostenrechnung als Instrument der finanziellen Steuerung. Sie analysieren finanzielle und betriebliche Kennzahlen, übernehmen für definierte Organisationseinheiten eine Business-Partner-Rolle und beraten Führungskräfte in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen. Darüber hinaus stellen Sie das Reporting gegenüber dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen (BSV), Kantonen und weiteren öffentlichen Geldgebern sicher und treiben dessen fortlaufende Optimierung voran. Sie bereiten Finanz- und Leistungsdaten auf, begleiten Abschlussarbeiten und unterstützen interne sowie externe Anspruchsgruppen bei Reporting- und Buchhaltungsfragen. Im Zuge der digitalen Transformation wirken Sie aktiv an der Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Planungs- und Reportingprozessen mit, unterstützen die Einführung moderner FP&A-, BI- und Reporting-Tools und übernehmen als Power User Verantwortung in entsprechenden Projekten. Ihr Profil Für diese Position wenden wir uns an eine analytische, digital affine und lösungsorientierte Fachperson mit Freude an Zahlen, Prozessen und Veränderungen:

  • Aus- oder Weiterbildung (z.-B. eidg. Fachausweis) und Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, FP&A oder Finanzwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen, in der Budgetierung sowie in finanziellen Analysen, insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie hohe Zahlen-, Daten- und IT-Affinität
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, BI-, Reporting- oder Planungssystemen; Kenntnisse von MS Dynamics NAV bzw. Business Central von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Veränderungs- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten, beispielsweise bei der Einführung von Reporting-, MIS- oder Kostenrechnungssystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Eigeninitiative, vernetztes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
