Das erwartet dich: ###

  • Generalist im Controlling
  • Erstellen von Monats-und Jahresabschlüssen, Aufbereitung von Soll/Ist Analysen, erarbeiten von Forecasts und Budget
  • Business Partnering mit Fokus auf Plan- und Ist-Kostenrechnung, Durchführen von Analysen und Erarbeitung datenbasierter Empfehlungen zu Kostenkontrolle, Effizienz-Metrik und Prozess-Verbesserung
  • Analysieren, vorbereiten und präsentieren von Finanzberichten, überwachen der Kostenentwicklung sowie ermitteln frühzeitiger Warnsignale
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Veränderungsprozessen im Rahmen strategischer Projekte

Das bringst du mit: ###

  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrungen im Controlling, idealerweise aus einer vergleichbaren Branche
  • Vertiefte höhere Ausbildung in Accounting und Controlling (z.B. abgeschlossenes Studium)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise in SAP (FI/CO), MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Pivot) sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAC
  • Hohes Interesse und Erfahrung, das ERP technisch für ein umfassendes Controlling weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren
  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten  sowie eine vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und positiver Einstellung mit «can-do» Mentalität
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
