Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the Finance, Administration, and Logistics functions, including ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control systems
  • Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including both statutory and group reporting requirements
  • Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting processes
  • Analyze business performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide proactive support in strategic and operational decision\-making
  • Drive improvements in profitability, cash flow, and working capital management, while leading process optimization initiatives and SAP\-related projects

Your profile

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Controlling and Financial Management.
  • Strong expertise in IFRS accounting standards, as well as proven experience in group reporting and consolidation processes
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems, combined with excellent Excel skills.
  • Fluent in and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical, structured, and solution\-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
