Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Bereiche Finance, Administration und Logistik inklusive Sicherstellung von Compliance und internen Kontrollsystemen
  • Durchführung und Koordination der Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie des gruppenweiten und gesetzlichen Reportings
  • Verantwortung für Forecasts, Budgetplanung, Finanzanalysen und Management\-Reporting.
  • Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen, Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie aktive Unterstützung bei strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen
  • Optimierung von Profitabilität, Cashflow und Working Capital sowie Leitung von Prozessverbesserungs\- und SAP\-Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der IFRS\-Rechnungslegung sowie Erfahrung im Konzernreporting und in Konsolidierungsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP\-Systemen sowie ausgezeichnete Excel\-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem Denken
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Stakeholder\-Management\-Fähigkeiten
